Contemporary stainless steel street furniture

Our Centerline range is manufactured from 316 stainless steel, which is almost 100% recyclable and its long term life (several decades) makes it an ideal environmental performer.

Centerline
Centerline is a simple tubular steel system that forms the basis of a comprehensive range, including seating, litter bins, picnic sets and planters. A significant advantage of this system is the ability to form curved benches and seats – a trademark feature of the Centerline range.

Seven
Keeping things simple was the premise behind our new Seven range. Manufactured from 10mm steel plate and substantial timber sections this range is not only elegant but extremely robust and could be used for both external and interior projects.
The design itself allows the for use of alternative metal components such as Corten steel, Stainless steel or Aluminum and can be paired with softwood or FSC approved hardwood timbers, thus enabling the client to determine the best combination to suit their street furniture project.

Shoreline
Our Shoreline series utilises the qualities of stainless steel and the natural appeal of timber to produce a practical and aesthetically pleasing range of street furniture.
316 stainless steel is used throughout with Iroko hard wood timber slats as standard. Several different fixing options are available, including wall and plinth mounted solutions.

Baseline
Baseline is simple clever design engineered to give great value. The concept came from scaling down our Centerline range to give products that are made to the same standard but lighter in design. Due to their great value and superb longevity baseline products are often specified for schools and colleges.

Campus
Our new Campus range, as the name suggests, is aimed primarily at the educational sector, providing a collection of individual elements that the landscape designer can configure in numerous ways, to create relaxed social spaces. The Aluminium forms a durable weather resistant framework and provides protection to the timber edges. The range can be manufactured using any hard wood timbers and the aluminium finished in a number of ways.

Exeter
The new Exeter range has a solid yet unobtrusive design. The thick timber slats provide a uniform structure whilst retaining an organic feel.
The simple fabrication allows for adapting the design to incorporate different materials, such as recycled plastic or Corten steel.
The range consists of benches, seats, litter bins, picnic tables, planters and cycle hoops.

Curved Street furniture for the Brewery Quarter, Cheltenham
The Brewery Quarter is set to become Cheltenham’s premier retail and leisure destination, where customers can shop, dine, stay and play!
NFU Mutual, the owner of the Brewery Quarter, has just completed a £30m makeover of the area. The new development creates a high profile retail corridor which links many of the restaurants and shops.
Living Systems Institute, The University of Exeter
The new 7-storey University of Exeter Living Systems Institute is due to be completed in Autumn 2016.
It has been designed with researchers in mind, with over 200 individuals utilising the space and facilities. The final concept for the building was to create something quite organic to reflect the work that goes on here. The building has a geometric, cell-like facade and the open-air roof terrace mimics this.

West Street, Horsham
After public consultation, a scheme was approved that included items from our Shoreline range. Back to back seats constructed from Iroko timber slats were selected, some of which have been inscribed with facts about Horsham’s equine history.

Co-ordinated furniture for the University of Birmingham
Part of this transformation is the landscaping of a rooftop courtyard located between the historic Aston Webb Great Hall and C block, which had been left neglected for many years.

St Brendan’s 6th Form College, Bristol
NVB Landscape Architects wanted modern brightly coloured street furniture for the amphitheatre-like courtyard makeover of a busy sixth form college. Their concept-driven plans required benches that would follow the arc of the uniquely shaped raised planters they were designing.

New SL001 Seat
The SL001 is an adaptation of our Centerline CL001 seat. Using the same 316 stainless steel frame work to give the seat a robust feel yet softened with Iroko timber slats. This seat is often specified for both public and private projects where a stylish seating solution is called for. Available in 316 stainless steel, powder coated galvanised steel or as a combination of the two the SL001 provides the landscape designer with a versatile product that can be formatted to suit specific locations.

This version of our Exeter bench uses the same method of construction but spins the timbers 90 degrees to make them longitudinal. Due to the way our street furniture is manufactured, everything can be easily adapted to create the exact item required.
Bespoke products for Dragon School, Oxford
Dragon school, Oxford were looking for some bespoke products for a new playground scheme. After visiting the site we went away to design up some one-off items for this prestigious school. The concept came from our Shoreline range, adapted to meet the demands of a busy playground.
