Slough, funds were raised to help create a small green space in this busy commercial district.
Benchmark Street Furniture worked closely with the landscape architect to help design a scheme that achieved the client’s ambitions but also came within budget. To offset the urban environment they opted for the Exeter street furniture range which consists of large hardwood timbers in a regular block design with a minimal frame. This gives the bench a natural yet contemporary feel.
This range of street furniture can be adapted to suit individual project needs and can be produced to any length, width and height, be it straight or curved (to any radius). The framework can be specified to co-ordinate with the space, corten steel, stainless steel or powder coated. Timbers are typically FSC hardwoods but can be specified to suit design and budget.
The finished scheme is a simple design that has given the local workforce a new green space to relax and enjoy.
