The major redevelopment includes a number of new structures. A 4-storey, 500+ new parking facility has been added along with a number of new retail spaces, including an Everyman Cinema and Premier Inn.

The scheme includes a large central courtyard which is free from traffic making it perfect for alfresco dining. With various new independent shops due to open this pleasant space will create a multifunctional public realm space.

The street furniture supplied is from our Exeter range. And by selecting the EX007 bench we where able to offer curved products to a bespoke radius and manufactured to any length, backrests could be added anywhere on the bench and also made to any length, stainless steel armrests were also added, which could be positioned at any point on the bench, and can be designed to suit seating either side

The project was on an extremely tight deadline, but Benchmark was able to turn around these large bespoke benches on time and to the high standard demanded.
